How Do I Place An Order?
We offer several ways to place an order. Please give us a call at (803) 750-8888 to discuss your items of interest, or drop by our shop at 4046 Fernandina Rd - especially if this is your first order with us. We also have an online shop for our regular items and items our partners have developed through us. You can email us at info@n-graphix.com for any inquiry and we will get back to you within the next business day.
Payments & Shipping
We take payment by cash, check, money order, or credit card. Items are typically available for pick-up in the shop or shipment at additional cost. For locally-owned businesses, other arrangements can be made in some cases, depending on mutual convenience.
Custom Design and Artwork
N-Graphix has the in-house capability to help you develop your design and artwork as part of the package we can offer. You can work with our graphic artist to develop to your concept to be printed in the shop.
Returns & Refunds
N-Graphix is proud to stand behind its products and craftsmanship. We conduct Quality Assurance checks on every product that leaves our shop, but will take returns and refunds on products that are found to be defective prior to fault by the customer. We will work to replace the product free of cost or reimburse the purchase.
